Which way for Belmont Bridge?

What should be done with the Belmont Bridge? Since 1962, it has served as a massive gateway to downtown. But in its 50th year, city officials and engineers are scratching their heads over whether to tear it down and replace, tear it down and configure downtown, or– as some have suggested– just repair the thing.
