The Blackout Project is a young local progressive hip-hop group which features a white rapper, a blues guitarist, and a violin player, among other things. Q Black and the Illville Crew open; you may remember them as the guys who were rapping through the ginormous P.A. in front of the Jefferson Theater a few months back.
