You probably don’t know James Jackson Toth, but you may know Wooden Wand, the duo he founded with his sister back when “freak-folk” was still just a dreadlocked glimmer in Devendra’s eye. Toth has since struck out on his own with his solo debut “Waiting In Vain,” which features contributions from Vetiver and Wilco guitarist Nels Cline. At $7, this is a steal.
