Seasonally and locally inspired bistro located in a converted service station on West Main Street with an open kitchen, spacious patio and edible garden. Chef Justin Hershey works closely with area farmers and purveyors to procure unique ingredients such as quail, guinea hens, pea shoots, and sunchokes for daily specials. The menu also features classic bistro fare such escargot, frog legs, mussels mariniere, croque madame, and steak frites. The zinc clad bar features unique specialty cocktails and discerning beer list as well as classic aperitifs, carafe wine, and digestifs.
