Carmello's more affordable sister restaurant in Ruckersville. Italian dishes, burgers, steaks, and seafood in a casual setting.
The HooK
Former Northern Exposure chef Tony Bonanno and Carmelloâs George Hatzigeorgio have teamed up to create Tony Gâs Grill in Ruckersville, which opened right next to Bootâvil in the old 29 Truck Stop space on June 27, 2010.
âTony has always been a good friend of ours,â says Hatzigeorgio, âso we decided to go into business together. It will be like a more affordable sister restaurant of Carmelloâs.â
Hatzigeorgio says theyâll be open for lunch and dinner, serving up burgers, steaks, seafood, Italian dishes, and cuisine from the rest of the European continent as well.

Tony G's Grill is just a different name for the 29 Truck Stop. Nothing but trouble for Greene County. The place should be shut down.Food stinks and the old man is a drunk.
Owner acts like a common thug. Thinks he can do anything he wants. I am a Greene County resident. I saw him damage that mans property this week. Do we want people like that running business here in Greene? Business owner myself then as I sit in his restaurant with my family thinking that could have been my family and me. He laughed about what he had done. No respect for other people.
Not only do they serve bad food. They vandalize and damage customer’s private property. Then write bad checks for damages. This is a family owned business and they are all involved. What will they do next to yours or my family?
