Siips is a unique Wine and Champagne Bar offering over 75 wines and champagnes by the glass nightly. Siips is the creation of George Benford, who has traveled around the world taking notes about various wine bars and developing an atmosphere for wine lovers and wine enthusiasts. Siips offers lunch and after 4:00 p.m. menus daily and also houses a full retail off-premise shop. Our wines by the bottle for in-house consumption and take home pricing are below most other establishments in the area.

Overwhelming wine selectionSiips
My biggest complaint about Siips is the wine selection can be too overwhelming. However, they do have excellent selections. The food menu is quite large, but some apps/entrees simply aren't good.
I don't recommend the brushetta for one.
I personally prefer Enoteca (also on the downtown mall) just because I feel it is easier to select wine and parings (food) there and I prefer the atmosphere a little more.
