After growing up in Atlanta, and going to college in small, vibrant towns (Dan here at UVA, Charles at Chapel Hill), we decided we wanted to live and work in a place where weâd be a part of the community. We fell in love with downtown Charlottesville, and we thought it would be the perfect place for our restaurant. We wanted a place that was quick and had real food. We wanted a place that was affordable and used fresh ingredients. And lastly, we wanted high quality food in a casual setting. Out of these ideas came Eppieâs. We hope you enjoy it.
