Thought for food

We noticed a couple brainy local posts about food subjects recently, one on the Virginia Quarterly Review’s blog (run by Waldo Jaquith by the way), which digs up a 61-year old review of a book called Tomorrow’s Food that rails against processed, corporate food production, and one by local blogger Rick Sincere, which contemplates the connection that food has with journalism and politics.
