In their annual list of America’s best colleges and universities, U.S. News and World Report has ranked the University of Virginia the 23rd best school for undergrads, up one spot from last year. Once again, UVA trails the University of California at Berkeley (ranked #21) for the distinction of being the nation’s best public university. Earning the top spot this year was Harvard University.
