The jury pool for the Staunton obscenity trial of After Hours video owner Rick Krial and employee Tinsley Embrey is down to 13 this afternoon at 2:15pm– 10 hours after the trial began yesterday. When court resumes this afternoon, each side gets to strike three jurors to winnow down to a seven-person panel. Twenty-seven citizens were called in and grilled on their porn-watching preferences to see if they’d make the jury cut. More on the trial to follow.
