Patrick County Circuit Court Judge Martin Clark was in town yesterday at New Dominion Book Shop touting his newest book, The Legal Limit. Fans of his first book, The Many Aspects of Mobile Home Living, couldn’t believe this guy was a judge. In his latest effort, he gives readers a peek underneath the judicial robes– figuratively speaking, of course.
