The 16-year-old who pleaded guilty to shooting into occupied vehicles and homes during a March 27 rampage was sentenced today on appeal in Albemarle Circuit Court to six months in Blue Ridge Juvenile Detention, followed by supervised probation and restitution to the victims of over $12,000. Luscious Lucas, the girlfriend of one of the men charged in the July 2008 slaying of Joshua Magruder, 19, testifies in court July 1 that her boyfriend, Trenton Michael Brock, had a problem with the victim, Tasha Kates reports in the Daily Progress. That same day, Lucas, 23, is also the victim of simple assault on East High Street, where Charlottesville Circuit Court is located, according to the police arrest report. The Newsplex reports that 47-year-old Samuel Murray of Charlottesville went into the Papa Johns on Ivy Road last month to fill out a job application, then stole a tip jar with $57.55 on his way out, a heist caught on the store’s surveillance camera.
