From Thursday, June 26 through Saturday, July 5, there’s free entertainment every night, 5-10pm, at the first Freedom Fair in Palmyra! Coles Rides Amusements and Fluvanna County Parks and Recreation have teamed up to sponsor 10 nights of activities, games, rides, and free concerts, including a Fourth of July set from next-big-thing band Sparky’s Flaw. The event will take place at the Pleasant Grove Park on Highway 53, 1.5 miles from Route 15. Admission and parking are free. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, kids can get a $20 wristband for unlimited rides each night.
