Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, the Shell station on Ivy Road boasts $3.85 a gallon this morning, which is not the highest gas price in town. That honor, according to virginiagasprices.com, goes to the Shell on Richmond Road at $3.89. Back on Ivy Road, neighboring Citgo was a mere $3.74 earlier today.
