On Friday, February 1 at around 3pm, after a predicted ice storm never materialized, the sun broke free to reveal a heavenly-looking, frost-capped Brown’s Mountain hovering over the State Farm Insurance facility on Pantops. Within half an hour the majestic scene had vanished.
