Kevin Strom, founder of a white supremacist organization called the National Vanguard, will plead guilty to child porn charges when he goes to U.S. District Court in Charlottesville January 14, according to sources familiar with the case.

A year ago on January 3, Strom was indicted on charges of possession of child pornography and for intimidating a witness. Additional charges– enticing a minor and receiving child pornography– were filed on April 4.

The charges for intimidating a witness– his wife Elisha Strom– and enticing a minor were thrown out after the prosecution rested its case October 3. Prosecution and defense attorneys, while confirming that Strom will plead, refused to specify to exactly which of the five remaining charges Strom will offer his guilty plea. Receipt of child porn can carry from 5 to 20 years, while a possession conviction carries up to 10 years in prison.

Yes, there’s a bunch of 30 days, 60 days, 120 days and 60 months in the shown deed (unless Council votes to extend the time period). Didn’t it do just that a few years ago with some property it owns in the Court Square area? I believe Toscano was on Council them. I can’t recall the address if it was given in the press.
