William N. Beebe, the man who pled guilty to sexual battery for his role in a 1984 UVA fraternity house assault, will be released from the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail at 8am on September 13, four days prior to his recently announced release date of September 17. According to Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Claude Worrell, the change was a result of time Beebe served in Las Vegas, before he waived extradition to Virginia in January 2006.
