Did a Charlottesville City Councilor actually use the phrase "little smartypants" [News, "Pudhouse shut: City officials gloat, blame Hook," July 17] (http://www.readthehook.com/93743/news-pudhouse-shut-city-officials-gloat...), or are the Hook's pants on fire as well as smarty?

Before I become further drawn into this erudite discussion, allow me to state: I'm rubber, you're glue!
