No chads on us

Charlottesville took possession of 60 new voting machines– to the tune of $202,050– in time for the November 5 election. Virginia Beach purchased the City's old machines, but shouldn't have to worry about hanging chads. "You clean them out after every election, which Florida didn't do," says local registrar Sherri Iachetta. "That's why they had a chad build-up."
