How would you manage growth in Albemarle?

Randall Kidd: Growth? I don't know, I've never really thought about it before. I live in Earlysville, and the traffic on 743, Earlysville Road, is getting bad because more people are using it as an alternate to Rt. 29. They should quit building Wal-Marts. They bring in a lot of traffic. I don't think a lot about things that are totally out of my control.

Robert McMurray: I like community-based development like Celebration in Florida. Every development is built around a town center model with shared recreation space and small shops.

Anne Zehner: "It's a topic that plays on a lot of people's fears and insecurities in the county. I don't feel connected enough to the county to know what its future needs will be."
