Life After High School
PREP/Parent Resource Center, sponsors a conference and resource fair for students with disabilities and their parents. Community members, educators, and agencies are welcome to attend. The conference highlights issues such as Transition 101, Postsecondary Education, Postsecondary Training, Employment Options and Supports, and Independent Living. In addition to the conference, a resource fair will take place throughout the day providing participants an opportunity to meet with local agencies and organizations that provide services and support for young adults and adults individuals with disabilities.
