Why use a bank that rude? Anyway, ignore the supervisor because he or she reports eventually to the CEO who is the real power. So google First Citizens for the name of the CEO, and tell him about the screwup. Trust me, I do it whenever I'm badly handled by a company.
My latest bete noir is Brown's Auto who emails me in spite of my asking them not to because Gmail's spam filter doesn't catch it. So I left a voicemail for the CEO, and lo and behold no spam emails from Brown's or whoever they sold the list to.
