Third Street businesses struggling with the long-running construction on Third Street NE may be starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This was the scene at the intersection with the Downtown Mall this morning around 10am with lots of sand and bricks. By afternoon, hundreds of bricks had been laid. Wait 'til you see it tomorrow!
