Snap o’ the day: Shields signs
Charles Shields, author of two unauthorized biographies of Harper Lee, signs one for Dot Etchison at today's opening ceremony for the Virginia Festival of the Book. Shields says his next book is an authorized biography of the late Kurt Vonnegut, due out next spring. "He was very much an extrovert," says Shields, "unlike Harper Lee."
