Cocaine-addled toddlers mean jailed parents
It sounds like something from an urban legend, but Louisa County officials aren't laughing. Instead, they've arrested the parents of a 16-month-old and a 3-year-old who both tested positive for cocaine at UVA Hospital. WCAV has the story.
