Family-killer avoids a trial
Convicted family-killer Ricky Javon Gray, now on death row for slaying two Richmond families–- including the celebrated musician Bryan Harvey, his wife, and two young daughters–- will not immediately be tried for the 2005 death of a Culpeper mother found hanging in her burning home. Prosecutors found major evidence problems, according to the Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star.
