Murder hearing postponed

Today's preliminary hearing for Alvin Lee "Butch" Morris, who is accused of killing his wife's first husband, Roger Lee Shifflett, 20 years ago, has been postponed until August 7. Morris, 67, was released on $50,000 bond June 18 after a month in jail following his arrest for the 1988 execution-style murder of Shifflett at the Southwind Gas and Grocery on Route 20.

If we keep waiting it will be a mute point!!!!!!!! Think maybe the family of Roger Shifflett have waited long enough? How much time does
it take???????????

I have read that the three sons of Roger Shifflett who were raised by Alvin Morris are very supportive of him. What about his two older sons ? You don't hear from them concerning this matter. Are they supporting him? Does anyone know?
