This is a prize winner? This project looks like a stack of packing crates. Who cleans all those exposed surfaces? I ought to be careful, because its designers might take the comment as a compliment. This is not the kind of design people choose themselves...it's the kind of design foisted upon them by detached "experts", who are expert only in the most superficial postures of progressive architecture. One of the worse gulf proposals I've seen to date.
You make this detrimental statement based on what, one distant rendered elevation? Ya, because that really explains the whole building. Way to go Einstein. Do you know the solar qualities of the building? Do you know how energy efficiently it runs? No, you just know that you're so worried about how many window washers it's gonna take to clean up the one view that you've got here. Well you failed to consider that too now didn't ya? If it takes 8 crews of washers to clean the building instead of a standard 4 than guess what, more jobs are created. Stop trying to mock the people using their time to help the world and go crawl back under your rock.
