The Blue Ridge Chamber Orchestra

The next time someone tells you they're playing the world's smallest violin out of sympathy for you, pay attention – they'll probably be playing Barber's Adagio For Strings, which was voted the world's saddest classical work in a poll conducted by the BBC's Today show. We're not sure we agree (the Jonas Brothers make us way more depressed) but either way you'll hear it here, most likely on somewhat larger violins.
