The federal reserve currency system (The Fed) is like an eighteen year old college girl who gets a credit card in the mail every week, and maxes it out just in time for the next one to arrive, which she also maxes out, and so on. Eventually, the credit card companies (China, Japan) want the bill to be paid. And guess whose pocket book the money has to come out of? Daddy's (The American people's pension). Guess who China calls when it wants it's money, and now? The collection agency (Russia). Oh, joy.
