Yes, I wish I had been there rather than here.. Last time I recall seeing and hearing her in person was at an annual outdoor blues fest in San Francisco in summer 1985.. What a fine human being, musician and woman.
What a tremendous concert. I hadn't seen her in 20 years and she threw me back to the days when a concert was pure music and the artist didn't need a side show happening all around. Hope to see her again soon. Wouldn't want to wait that long again.
I"ve Loved Bonnie's music for 25 years and this was a dream come true for me to see her so close to home.I had recently lost my brother to cancer,
so when I heard she was going to be an hour away, I knew I had to take my sister and have the best time we had had in a while,I wish Bonnie could have known what that day meant to us .
We Love You Bonnie !
