It's very disturbing to me to see a DMV picture of Curtis Montague repeatedly displayed in the various media outlets as an official "mugshot". It gives the public the impression that Curtis is sitting there with a smirk or smile on his face while being arrested and booked. This of course is not the case. While posing for DMV pictures, customers are often encouraged to smile for the camera.

Was there some surrepticious intent involved when the DMV picture was submitted to the various media outlets? We'll never know, will we?
