Stimulus stimulates Virginians

Want some of that Obama stimulus cash? Well, it looks like Gov. Kaine's administration has set up a website where you can fill out an online project proposal for possible funding once Virginia's share of the $800 billion stimulus package, which will be signed into law tomorrow, gets distributed. According to an AP report, officials have already received 600 suggestions. Gov. Kaine said today that Virginians can expect $1 billion from the Obama stimulus package, offsetting a projected $821 million drop in state tax collections this year.
