First of all, you're lucky you had a friendly server during your dinners there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Divide, but I have had to deal with some surly bitches during the 4 years I've been going. This week, my boyfriend and I sat for 20 minutes after we were finished eating, drinks empty, waiting for a check and a box we'd asked for three times. And the waitress was sitting in the booth directly behind us, doing crossword puzzles the whole time. She was more than unpleasant and the tip we left reflected it. Maybe she was having a bad night, but service was her job and she did not do it well. We've had some GREAT waitresses, too, so I know they're not all a-holes.
Second of all, the price range you indicated is a bit too high. Including alcohol, with two people, my dinner is usually 40-60, with several margaritas. When we ate there this week, we had diet cokes, nachos and two entrees and walked away spending $31 (would have been $35 or so if the waitress didn't have a rod up her ass). I'm just sayin.

The Divide has the best margaritas in town, but the quality of their food has definitely taken a nosedive in the past five years. The tuna tostada used to be the yummiest thing on the menu, but I think they've changed the grade of tuna. Still, the atmosphere makes it one of my Charlottesville favorites.

Raquelita, GET OFF THE ASPARTAME BEFORE IT KILLS YOU OR AN INNOCENT PERSON ON THE ROAD WHILE YOU'RE HAVING YOUR FIRST RUMSFELD'S PLAUGE-INDUCED SEIZURE. Thank You.
