Timpani player I-Jen Fang and the UVA Percussion Ensemble perform intricate contrapuntal percussion orchestra pieces from Bali led by vibraphone player and gamelan expert Ed Smith from the University of North Texas, as well as student pieces, Tchaikovsky, and Smith's composition The Need To Tough.
