But, see, it's NOT a Frank Lloyd Wright house. It's just another over-priced house out in the county.

You can buy an ACTUAL FLW house in Glencoe, Ill for $899K. Google the "William F. Kier House" for details.

And get a clue here in Albemarle.

But,see, if you do buy an 'ACTUAL FLW' house, you will be saddled with years and years of never ending maintenance and repair due to the technology constraints of construction materials used in the early 20th century.

And yes, its NOT a FLW house but do you really think anyone would seriously want to move to Illinois just to buy an old house.?
