Staunton August Art Center invites applications for exhibitons

The Staunton Augusta Art Center invites entries for gallery exhibitions starting in 2011. Applications may be made by individuals for solo exhibitions or by curators or groups for group shows. Applicants must submit a resume, artist’s statement, and images of eight different pieces of representational work (digital images are preferred, although labeled slides and photographs will be accepted). Applications may be mailed to: Standards Committee, Staunton Augusta Art Center, 20 S. New Street, Staunton, VA  24401.  A self-addressed stamped envelope must be included if the applicant wishes the images to be returned. The deadline for submissions is October 30, 2009.
