The wacko meter is off the charts here – it starts with the official Scottish Highland bagpipe and drum band of the Albemarle County Sheriff's office, a local cover band, and an instrumental rock band from Baltimore featuring chef Duff Goldman from the Food Network's riveting tell-all pastry-biz expos© Ace Of Cakes.
