Graves Mountain Lodge hosts Kid's Day, a fun-filled celebration of Virginia heritage with fishing, activities, craft vendors, and education. The fun includes a turkey calling contest for kids, archery and air-rifle instructions, duck calling, and much more. Directions: 29N to Rt. 231 in Madison, go 5 miles to Banco and turn left on Rt. 670 and drive 4 miles to the Lodge. 540-923-4231.
