Architecture Week Kids' Day Workshop: "Design and Build Your Own Academical Village"

The University of Virginia Art Museum and the Central Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects collaborate to offer an Architecture Week Kids' Day Workshop, "Design and Build Your Own Academical Village." Participants will tour the Academical Village with local architect, Andy Orban, and then create their own Academical Village using cardboard, paper, and other recycled materials. Suitable for children 5-8 years old, accompanied by their parents or guardians. Free, but reservations are required. Call 243-2050 or e-mail museumoutreach@virginia.edu.
