On the market for close to three years, this 22+ acre land listing in the Ivy area recently sold for $235,000. Originally priced at $299,000, the building parcel featured a small stream, winter mountain views, and a driveway already in place. Listing agent Charlie Armstrong of Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates feels that the long listing period was due to decreased demand for building lots. "The land market has been pretty quiet for the last few years," he says. "We're just now starting to see some improvement as prices come back in line."
