Casting call: Kids sought for new tv show
The firm that did the Virginia casting for Steven Spielberg's upcoming feature film on Abe Lincoln is looking for young folks who can dance and act. The producers of "Time Machine Guitar" are seeking boys and girls of all ethnicities and who appear to be between the ages six to eleven. The show will star Grammy-nominated musician Ralph Covert on a journey through history, music, and fun. He has a touring musical group called Ralph’s World and hopes to get this show on national airwaves. Already, says Erica Arvold Productions, such industry professionals as production designer Helen Williams (a veteran of Muppets From Space and Elmo in Grouchland) and choreographer Juanita Wilson (co-founder of NY Children’s Dance Theatre) have signed on. You'll have to email by Sunday January 8 to be considered. Details at timemachineguitar.com.
