Yoga for Teens and Tweens

Yoga is not just a fun exercise to tone your muscles and increase your flexibility; it's a great tool for self-expression, relaxation, and nurturing healthy self-esteem. Teens and tweens ages 11-18 can learn poses to strengthen and stretch the body, conscious breathing techniques to calm the mind, and simple ways to cultivate a positive outlook at Scottsville Library.
